This Week in Training

Due to lack of training facilities and poor weather, this was a very slow training week. Just trying to maintain until the snow melts or I can get inside somewhere.

Monday:
1 mile warmup
10x150m jog back rec
5 min cooldown
Core

Tuesday:
30 min on bike

Wednesday:
Off

Thursday:
10 min warmup
Weightlifting

Friday:
2 mile warmup
4x100m strides

Saturday:
50 min on bike
4x~5 min intervals

Sunday:
.75 mile warmup, drills & strides
10x70m (?) strides
.75 mile cooldown
