35.0, 34.4, 34.7, 35.1; 15.5, 16.0, 15.4, 16.3, 15.6, 16.1
I was supposed to do more 200's and less 100's in this workout, but some eldery guy started talking to me and I couldn't get out of the conversation! The 100's were run down and back, so there was a tail/headwind, goes to show what a difference wind makes.

Thursday:
Evil track coaches meeting!

Friday:
800m warmup, drills & strides
600-500-400 3 min rec, 3x200 2 min rec
2:07.7, 1:46.2, 81.1; 35.9, 35.4, 35.0

Saturday:
800m warmup, drills & strides
5x100 5 min rec

This week actually went according to plan, except Thursday where the procrastination on my paper got the best of me! I'm still running a bit slow (about 1 sec slower on those 100's than last year!), but I'm going to be hitting the weight room hard for March and April, so hopefully that will help.

Due to lack of training facilities and poor weather, this was a very slow training week. Just trying to maintain until the snow melts or I can get inside somewhere.
