Hi Michelle!

Looks like you are working hard on the track. Do you know what you're indoor meet schedule looks like? Where are you training?

I hope all is well!

Take care,
Sabra

Amanda- Flying 30's are when you run 60m but only time the last 30, so you are running at top speed. The focus is on running at absolute top speed.

Sabra- I have most of the indoor schedule figured out, I'm going to post it on my blog soon. I'm trying to get back in shape, we'll see how it goes. Right now I'm working out at GHS whenever I can and then I'll be working out at Marblehead in December. Are you home? Where are you working out? Or are you resting? Let me know, maybe we can link up

I took time off but I just started training again yesterday. I'm home until January. I can't run in any college meets until the end of January so I wanted to find a couple in December. (Harvard, BU) The schedule hasn't come out yet. I've been going to Gordon College, it's kind of far but the track is beautiful. Once it gets cold I'll be going indoors at GHS. We should try to meet up!

I've been going to Gordon too, now that the soccer/field hockey season is wrapping up. I love that track, although the wind was ferocious today! I put up what I know about the schedule on my homepage. I'm assuming that the BU mini meets start the week after the Harvard meet. I'm outside at GHS on Sat mornings now and I'll be indoors at GHS once indoor starts. I'm a student at Harvard, so I can train there too, if need be. Maybe once my workouts get harder I'll head there once in a while.
