12x150m 30s, 3 min btw sets

Saturday:
.75 mile warmup, drills & strides
5x100m 5 min (windy)
14.0, 13.7, 13.9, 14.1, 14.1
Weightlifting
Sunday:
65 minute bike, 16.5 miles
Another semi-easy week, trying to get used to weightlifting again. I've been rather sore, but I think that this is what I need to make that jump in speed back to what I used to have.
