This Week in Training

Again, I can't remember what day I did which workouts, but here's what I remember from last week.

1 17 mile bike ride
1 40 mile bike ride
1 easy sprint workout (50's)
1 4 mile run
1 3 mile run

Over the course of July my pre-season training will be becoming more and more structured. This week I'm throwing in body weight exercises and this week or next I'll probably start hitting the weightroom again.
