I haven't had new sprint spikes in about 5 years, so I'm pretty psyched. Due to a tough work schedule and grad school classes, I haven't raced many sprints in the past year and a half, but I'm full-swing in preparation for this upcoming season. With these new spikes and a slightly more manageable workload, hopefully it will be my best season yet.
I'm also contemplating a serious move up to the mid-distance races in the next couple of years, so I'm considering ordering these spikes (Adidas Women's Cosmos) also:

The adidas ones do rock, which is why I had to buy them even though I won't be using them for months!
G-town is definitely same old-same old. Just trying to keep up with the madman on his intense training schedule- it's not easy, which you know firsthand, since you're practically on the same schedule yourself.
wow!..i too have the same pair of spike nike shoes and i use it for running...very very comfortable
